Ingredients
- 395 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 3 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- few drops of red and green food coloring
Instructions
- Grease and line your try with baking paper.
- in a bowl add the condensed milk and coconut and the milk and stir until combined.
- Divide the mixture equally into three bowls and add food coloring into two bowls few drops at the time until reached the right color.
- Place the red mixture into the base and use a spoon to flatten it. Now place the white mixture and then the green.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, once it has set cut into squares.
