if you have any sugggestion please let me
thank you very much
Wacalaykumu Salaam
Layla you could cook the meat before hand until it is nice and tender.
The other thing is to ask your butcher, the best parts of meat that doesn’t need much of cooking, depending what they have for that day.
You could also try with beef or goat.
I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else
salam mu alikum
i tried boling the lamb before hand and it come perfect

Waalaikumu Salaam
Layla I am glad that the suqaar worked for you, it usually come out well when you use the self raising flour, it is best when used the plain four.
I hope that this helps.

Asalamu alaikum Layla,
sorry for the late reply, about the sabayad, I always end up square that is how i like it, but if you want it round you can
roll the dough in to a round shape then roll it out and it should be round shape. I am not so sure why the edges are crispy
maybe your griddle is too hot ?
Let me know how you get on. sis
alaikum salam
thanks for replying
will try it today inshallah. i tried your chicken stew
recipe tastes very very nice the thing is i never imade lentils
before so i wasn’t sure how long to cook it could you please tell me how long to cook lentils?
iam also going to try lamb liver could you please tell how long to cook lamb liver.
may allah bless you you heling so many people including myself.
Salaam Layla,
Many thanks for your comments. After the lentil comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes. The lamb liver recipe, the liver cooks very fast, so you want to keep an eye for it, while stirring for about 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy your cooking.
Asalamu alaykee, I know inshaAllah that this will taste amazing. How long should i let the meat cook and how long should it all be?
Can you please also send me the instructions needed to make that sour (dananaas) fermented lahooh. You had it up on the website before I believe. Jazakumulaho khair in advance
Wa alaykumsalaam, sister this will depend on the cut of the meat how small or how big and where is it is cut from. I would suggest using a sauce pan cover it with water and let it boil check with a fork and pinch it with your hands, if it needs more cooking add more water.
Thank you Mariam, I will send you the details.
Walal macan can you send me how to make dhananis plz.
